  • HR Skills Development & Coaching for HR Department Staff, Office Managers, and/or Small Business Owners
  • Investigations (As a neutral 3rd party, MJHRC can help you avoid the perception of favoritism and bias in the internal investigative process.)

  • Assistance with Interviews & Selecting the Right Candidate 
  • Review & Updating of Current Employee Handbook and Job Descriptions
  • Developing & Updating HR Policies, Procedures, and Forms
  • Employee Leave Administration (FMLA, PFML, etc.)
  • Employee Disciplinary Conversations & Documentation (MJHRC will manage difficult conversations for you and document them properly.)
  • Employee Terminations (Let MJHRC handle what can be a difficult process for managers while ensuring that the proper process is followed.)

FEES

A Retained Services Package is charged at a contracted flat monthly fee. The monthly fee is calculated based on the size of your organization, how often we will need to be onsite, and the scope of services being provided.  Please call or email for an estimate.
